I have been providing therapy for 8 years, working in the voluntary sector and private practice and have experience working with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, relationship problems, bereavement...the list goes on...
I am passionate about helping people work through their problems, while discovering new perspectives, strengths and overall, themselves
I am based in Little Hulton, Manchester where I offer face to face sessions. However a lot of my work these days is via telephone or Zoom sessions. I offer long and short term therapy, weekly or bi-weekly appointments.

Getting Help
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.
